I started my professional career in HR in Australia (8 years). This was followed by positions as recruiter, HR generalist, project manager and HR manager, up to leadership levels in globally renowned companies. 

As a broad-based generalist, I bring international experience in all HR areas, which led me to find my perfect challenge as an interim manager 15 years ago. 

To quickly align with the existing company values is my personal incentive and continuously proves my personal competences.

I passionately motivate multicultural teams to orient themselves according to the company’s goals.
